Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your AVITdirect account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the electronics in their original manufacturer box, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for tracked delivery to our inspection facility.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Our technical team will inspect the returned hardware within 3-5 business days of arrival, after which your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
